AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT FOR ACH PAYMENTS

(I/we) do hereby authorize Tenant Property Protection, hereinafter named the COMPANY, to initiate recurring (debit or credit) entries to (my/our) Checking Account as indicated and named below as the depository financial institution, hereafter named FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. (I/we) acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my (my/our) account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. Furthermore, if any such debit(s) should be returned NSF, (I/we) authorize the COMPANY to collect such debit(s) by electronic debit and subsequently collect a returned debit NSF fee of $25.00 per item by electronic debit from my account identified below.

COMPANY Invoices/Credits and their due dates will serve as draft notification.

This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until the COMPANY has received written notification from me (or us) of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford the COMPANY and FINANCIAL INSTITUTION a reasonable opportunity to act on it. I am a duly authorized check signer on the financial institution account identified below and authorize all of the above, as evidenced by my signature below.

API Instructions

If you use Sitelink, these instructions are for you.
At TPP, we have streamlined our processes to eliminate the need to send us monthly reporting. With a client's permission to access the insurance module of SiteLink, we can pull remittance and insurance activity reports automatically to verify tenant coverage for payment and claims. On the 1^st of each month, your report will be pulled, and prior approval given to monthly ACH your payment for the previous month's insurance activity. To set you up in our system, we will need the following information:
1. SITELINK_CORP_CODE = (required to make API calls)
2. Complete list of location codes. (required to make API calls)
3. Please create a site link account that has access to the API Insurance Reports. SITELINK_LOGIN = SITELINK_PASSWORD =
If you are not aware of how to set this ‐up in SiteLink, below are instructions we received from SiteLink to provide to the operators.
Instructions for creating an API user account are below:
First, log into the SiteLink Corporate Control Center. This is an application on the desktop.
1. From the main menu, click on API Users and Rights near the top right.
2. Click on Add to add a user.
3. In the top left click in All Sights or sites, the integrator should have access to.
4. In the Top Right-click in the API Insurance box
5. In the bottom section, fill out the username and password.
6. Click Ok to save it.
7. Provide the integrator with Username and Password.

- If you utilize Centershift/Yardi software, email their support team to grant TPP permission.
- If you desire to use a different self-storage management software API, please, contact us to confirm we have access or need to obtain access to their API.
- Non-API, manual Insurance Activity/Summary reporting must be submitted by the 5^th of the following month. The ACH will be submitted for processing by the 10^th with prior email notification.
